I have handstitched this with a running type quilting stitch lots of French knots using different types of threads and then beaded it.

Finished Felted Wallhanging
Kia-ora --here is my finished Felted Wallhanging made in class at NZSymposium 2011 in Barbara Weeks class. I actually made this piece of felt myself--what fun we had --
